SECTOR CHARLESTON | PORT CONDITION YANKEE

Effective 2000, 3 Sep 2019, the Coast Guard Captain of the Port (COTP) Charleston has set Port Condition YANKEE due to the expected arrival of tropical storm force winds of 39 mph from Hurricane DORIAN within 24 hours. Vessel movements are restricted to pre-authorized outbound traffic only. We will continue to evaluate updated weather models and anticipate setting Port Condition Zulu tomorrow morning.
